By dialing 1-855-726-9037 (or you can call 781-933-2600 and select audio banking) Audio Response gives you access to your credit union accounts from any touch tone phone, day or night, even on weekends and holidays. Once you have reached the Audio Response automated system and listen to the prompts, follow the menu options listed below along with these helpful tips:

  1. Input your basic account number as it appears on your statement with no prefix or suffix- followed by the # sign.
  2. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # sign. This code will be your last four SSN#, followed by the # sign. For your security, we suggest you select a code other than your last four SSN# after the first time you have accessed the Audio Response System. This code can be changed by you in Main Menu Option “7,” Additional Information.
  3. Stay on the line to verify transfers and payments.
  4. Press the star key * to repeat options.
  5. Press “9” to return to a previous menu.
  6. Press “0” to return to the main menu.
  7. Press “8” to end the session.
