60th Annual Meeting of the Common Trust Federal Credit Union

Common Trust Federal Credit Union held its 60th Annual Meeting of the Membership on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at its main office. President & CEO James McCorkle welcomed attendees and presented the Chairman’s Report, the Treasurer’s Report, the Supervisory Committee’s Report, and the President’s Report.

The meeting highlighted the significant growth the Credit Union achieved in 2025, noting that this growth was driven by the successful mergers of Wellesley Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union and Lexington, MA Federal Credit Union into Common Trust FCU. It was also emphasized that, with the completion of these two mergers, the Credit Union’s branch network has expanded to four locations.

President & CEO McCorkle stressed that “Common Trust remains a strong, stable, and forward focused financial institution that prides itself on turning challenges into opportunities and aligning every decision with strategic initiatives that move our vision forward. While our financial numbers tell a story of growth, our mission remains deeply rooted in serving our members.”

Mr. McCorkle concluded the meeting by announcing that Harrison Condon and Tushar Somani were both reelected to serve three year terms.
